JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

For a Leading International Brand:
• BTL production management (Product Catalogs, leaflets, etc.)
• Supporting distributors in Middle East with product information, visuals, etc.
• Brand Web-site / Digital Communications management.
• Packaging translation (English/Arabic).
• Product Promotions coordination and management.
• Distributor orders coordination, registration and reporting.
• Customer service coordination
• Events management
• Office administration and assistance function

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Full fluency in English Arabic for translation a must.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in a Marketing or Sales environment.
• 4 year University degree.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Computer: Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
• Strong with analysis and numbers.
• Graphics Design experience a plus.
• A self-starter and can work independently.
• Must be very reliable and detail oriented.
