JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The role of the digital marketing manager will be to grow the brand presence online, increase brand equity across social media and manage all search and performance marketing for eCommerce.

Description
- Devise the short, medium and long term digital marketing plan across search, social, and performance marketing
- Develop, implement and monitor successful social media and community management strategies
- Manage the digital marketing budget and maintain a keen focus on ROI
- Own the eCommerce marketing plan and drive traffic to the eCommerce platform
- Build and maintain strong digital presence across all media and social platforms while optimizing reach and media spend
- Manage and lead the content development for all channels
- Ensure the brand consistency is delivered across all platforms and deliver local campaigns within global brand guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of 5 years working with a tier 1 FMCG brand
- Measureable track record in delivering best in class digital campaigns
- Ability to manage a sizeable budget and justify marketing spend and ROI
- Hands-on experience with digital and social tools and familiarity with marketing automation practices
- Excellent knowledge of customer funneling specifically for eCommerce
- Innovative a forward thinking with a creative flair
