JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a globally successful retail brand is seeking to recruit a Digital and Communications Senior Manager to lead and manage a very dynamic medium-size team of PR, E-commerce, CRM and Digital Marketing experts in its Dubai Office. He/she is responsible for the overall execution of the digital and communication strategy while maintaining the business objectives of the company.

JOB ROLE:

•Online/Offline Communication strategy
•Hands-on experience with digital and social tools and familiarity with marketing automation practices
•Implement and develop a successful social media and community management strategy for all clients on all the major platforms, such as Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram, Snapchat
•Expand Digital Presence
•Develop the SEO and SEM strategy for all ecommerce websites ensuring integration into the monthly marketing plan.
•Responsible for the media mix across countries, platforms and objectives for the year while defining the strategy for each campaign
•Suppliers/Customer relationships
•Work in close synergy with the ecommerce online team to ensure a full 360 strategy of all media campaigns that are optimized for ecommerce
•Develop and manage the media partnerships with key brand partners and tailoring making media plans per brand requirement
•Team Management
•Manage the PR, Social Media, CRM and E-commerce Team

REQUIREMENTS

JOB REQUIREMENT:

•At least 10 years relevant experience, 5 years of which directly managing a team
•Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design including ability to present concepts verbally
•Strong leadership capabilities
•Good ecommerce marketing knowledge and experience in working within an ecommerce environment (understanding of SEO, SEM and how it impacts the overall media strategy)

EDUCATION BACKGROUND AND ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION:

•At least a Bachelor Degree holder with emphasis on Marketing or Business is a plus
•English speaker, Arabic is a great advantage
