JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Working within the financial services sector for a boutique firm based at the DIFC, my client are seeking an EA/Office Manager to support the CEO and team with secretarial duties, also ensuring the smooth running of the office.

The role will be take responsibility of managing the CEO's office, full control of the CEO's calendar, prioritising the diary, travel logistics, meeting coordination, setting up conference calls and ensuring the CEO is well prepared with all required information. Office Manager duties will involve; facilities management, dealing with suppliers, stationary, IT, managing social media, company website, HR administration and generally trouble shooting on a daily basis.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have 5-10 years experience in a previous EA position supporting at CEO or equivalent level, able to work in a boutique environment, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities at any given time, able to work in a fast pace and deadline driven environment, experience of working in the professional services sector or EA experience to HNWI's is essential. Fluent in English both verbal and written.
