Estates Manager - AUH
Engage Selection are recruiting on behalf of a leading international facilities management service provider whom are looking to appoint an Estates Manager to a key project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years in a management role within FM. A degree in Mechanical Engineering is also essential. This is a senior position both on the project and within the larger business and as such, candidates with operational experience will be heavily preferred. A competitive package is available for the ideal candidate.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years relevant experience in facilities management/maintenance
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution
- Experience in the management of large scale/high profile facilities
- GCC experience essential, preferably UAE
- Willing to live and work in Abu Dhabi
