JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a multinational client who is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join its team. You will report into the Sales Director based in the head office in the heart of Dubai's financial hub.

As the Executive Assistant, you will support the Sales Director with various day-to-day tasks with some occasional work required out of office hours. You will provide support by effectively managing and prioritizing the varied workload as well as diary management and booking of travel arrangements. You will also process expenses, payments to suppliers and assist with any ad hoc projects.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should have previous experience in an E.A. role, preferably supporting a Sales Director. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitable candidate who has the right attitude and is also looking for a new challenge.
