JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Represent and support Projects as directed by Head of Department
- Determine the needs and respond promptly to any prospects’ needs and concerns in a professional and business-like manner
- Match available buildings to meet the prospects’ requirements
- Gather information about markets, competition, etc. and prepare monthly competitive survey reports to analyse the real estate market trends and conditions in the area
- Analyse concerns associated with listings which are slow to lease and offer recommendations to Property Managers and Heads of Departments
- Understand and comply with UAE laws and standards
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Provide information about any listings to any prospect and schedule viewings as and when required
- Close new agreements and lease listings at an acceptable determined percent of total prospects
- Explain effectively all sales & lease policies to new and current prospects
- Proactively support the division’s marketing efforts including calling programs, database mail outs, canvassing and offer input and suggestions with regard to promotions and advertisements, etc.
- Monitor all vacancies and future vacancies in order to react proactively to future occupancy needs
- Monitor advertisement and effectiveness of response
- Inspect on a regular basis all vacant listings to ensure they are ready to show to prospects
- Work with Property Managers to assure appeal and that property appearance is acceptable
- Conduct follow up activity with all prospects in order to establish positive relations
- Maintain an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the field particularly in areas such as rent and pricing information, vacancies, commercial buildings available, lease expirations, square footage, etc.
- Maintain open communication with Property Manager and Maintenance and Facilities Manager
- Maintain and manage customer relations.

REQUIREMENTS

- Be able to produce and disseminate written and oral reports in English to present findings along with recommendation
- Be able to communicate ideas and solutions to problems
- Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances
- Must have attained a minimum of High School level of qualification
- Must possess a driver’s license and a vehicle to operate in the UAE;
- Must be proficient in PC skills;
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English. Arabic is an advantage
- A minimum of 2 - 4 years’ experience in the local real estate market would be advantageous.
