JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A leading Facilities Management provider is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team in a location near Ruwais (Western region). Remote site location position.

Role

Be the company representative working within the Clients team managing the interrelationships with the various stakeholders including the facility respect to the Facilities Management service delivery for the Clients property portfolio.

The Facilities Manager has the primary responsibility for the delivery and the day-to-day management of hard and soft Facilities Management services including the management of the Service delivery contractors and direct delivery team.

The Facilities Manager will manage staff and other resources in the most efficient manner to achieve client and facility user satisfaction and achieve agreed operational, SHEQ and budgetary targets

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or building Services Engineering

* Formal Tertiary or Trade Related accreditation in Operational or Services discipline
* Training in current OH&S, QA and ideally environmental legislation and risk management system
* At least 10 years experience in Building Services and / or Facilities Management at a senior level
* Experienced in liaising at a high level with clients and contract managers.
* Be competent in the use of computer software packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook (or related programme) and Internet access.
* Experienced in the use of CMMS.
* Understanding of current technical legislation in relation to the delivery of Facilities Maintenance Management (FMM).
* Demonstrated ability to manage Facility Services in the event of emergencies
* Ability to carry out condition, performance and regulatory compliance surveys and reports
