JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are searching for a Facilities Manager to manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for a portfolio of buildings, including residential and large scale commercial buildings.

The role demands a very high level of technical knowledge as well as commercial building FM experience working within the Middle East.

As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of all property related services including the facilities, minor and works programs. You will provide an exceptional level of service and liaise with all stakeholders concerning relevant maintenance, cleaning and building programs.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for the role, you MUST possess the following qualities:
- Facilities Management or Engineering Background (Electrical or Mechanical) - Degree Qualification
- Extensive FM experience with an emphasis on commercial buildings
- Middle East Experience
- Have held a lead FM role previously
