JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a multinational professional services company with a large office in Dubai. The role reports to the Financial Controller.

Responsibilities

• Consolidates and analyses and review the monthly WIP & AR reports
• Completes the monthly management report, enhance and develop monthly management reporting pack
• Reviews the monthly P&L
• Works with Financial Controller to enhance and develop annual budget
• Consolidates monthly revised forecasts
• Reviews and consolidates annual budgets with Financial Controller
• Conducts routine audits of data to test compliance with local standards
• Supports Financial Controller in developing standardized forms and processes for all tax offices
• Assists where needed with the GCC VAT implementation
• Assists in annual Risk Review
• Collects data for annual PDP review
• Assists with maintaining regional cash forecast
• Tracks KPIs of regional finance staff and service deliverables of Financial Controller

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Accounting degree or equivalent
• 4-5 years of experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advice
• Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
• Knowledge and experience of ERP systems & advanced Excel
• CPA or CMA
