JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A multinational automotive manufacturer are currently looking for a Finance Manager to head up their team here in Dubai. The Finance Manager is responsible to manage finances to maximize return on investment while minimizing risk, and while also ensuring that an adequate control structures are in place over the transfer and investment of funds, and is responsible for ensuring the company acts within statutory compliance. Further, the Finance Manager engages in financial analysis in such areas as forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance. The Finance Manager is also responsible for the In IT function within the organization, and supervision of IT Staff.
REQUIREMENTS
You will be responsible for:
- Oversee the operations of the treasury department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements for both the company and Statutory requirements including but not limited to Profit and Loss Statement, Cash flow Statement and Balance Sheet, and also maintenance of the General Ledger.
- Consolidation and preparation of company budgets and establishing service agreements with the Customer base.
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
Please note automotive experience is very advantageous.
