JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

* Strong management experience is required, experience in Luxury is essential.

Description
Reporting to the Store Director, the Floor Manager will -
* Manage all staff in the boutique, including arranging schedules, setting and tracking KPI's and targets, conducting appraisals and training as required
* Manage all inventory and stock levels; arranging transfers as needed.
* Drive sales in the boutique through excellent clienteling skills and building brand awareness.
* Manage all in-store operations including accepting deliveries, opening and closing the store, cash handling etc.
* Maintain visual merchandising of the store in line with the brand guidelines
* Working successfully with the Head Office team e.g. Buying, Stock, Marketing and PR
Job Offer
Depending on the experience of the candidate a salary of between 20-25,000 AED per month + benefits
REQUIREMENTS
* +6 years experience in the Luxury retail industry, must have prior store management experience
* Proven ability to manage a large team; focus on training and development of staff
* High level of product knowledge, experience across multiple product categories is essential
* Attention to detail, excellent customer service and clienteling skills
* Fluency in English with additional language skills preferable
