Charterhouse is working with an exciting start-up business who is backed by some of the most influential people and partnered with some of the biggest names in the Entertainment and Leisure industry. Based in Dubai, our client is looking to hire an experienced Franchise Manager to head the franchising business in the MENA region. Our client is an exciting and innovative player in the Entertainment and Leisure industry who are bringing fresh new concepts to the region.
As the Franchise Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing the franchising business of the company. You will be responsible for developing franchising opportunities and will offer continuous support to franchisees to ensure overall success.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should have 3 years’ experience in store / franchise development preferably in the MENA region. Ideally, you should have worked for a start-up business before. You should be a results driven go-getter, skilled in sales and come from a marketing agency background or in-house within the Leisure or Entertainment industry. It is essential that you have UAE experience and are a motivated, millennial candidate who is excited by a new challenge and a company where you can make an impact.
