JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
This role will look after business based legal matters which primarily include Joint Ventures and Acquisitions. Venture Capitals for Tech Start ups and incubator businesses. The successful candidate will assess new investments and identify structural risks within an array of industry sectors including Real Estate, E-commerce, Food Production, Logistics, and Professional Consulting.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates who apply must have the following:
- 6 - 10 years' experience in Private Practice and/or In-House
- Extensive Joint Ventures experience on a global scale
- Has been exposed to an incubator business
