NTS Group are currently working with an internationally recognised, industry and market leading hospitality group in Dubai who are recruiting a GM for an iconic venue. This exciting and highly challenging role would suit an experienced GM or Operations Manager who understands the hospitality sector and thrives off working in high performing environment, focused on creating top performing teams.
As the Venue General Manager, you will be focused on overseeing the day to day performance and be responsible for ensuring all levels of customer service are met, the internal marketing is managed and all food quality and standards are met for the venues F&B outlets. You will be solely responsible for the financial operations (P&L etc) and will be leading and managing a sizable team. This role will be best suited to individuals who have experience dealing with VIP’s and have the ability to be able to work closely with a variety of different clients and customers
To be considered, you will have a minimum of 10 years of solid GM or Operational management experience within the hospitality sector and have a genuine passion for this industry. You will have a proven track record of heading the operations for sizeable and iconic venues and had exposure within the complete cycle, including financial management. You will have solid experience of running and directing large teams with extremely strong people management skills.
