Quest Search & Selection is working with one of the fastest growing Digital Marketing agencies. They are looking for a General Manager to successfully lead their Digital Agency.
Job Description:
As the General Manager you must have the following:
* Directly involved in Digital marketing, most recently in International agency involved with a variety of different clients.
* The ideal candidate should be truly passionate about the industry as well as having thorough in-depth knowledge of the market.
* From this knowledge being able to strive towards clarity, solutions and strategic decision making.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate
* You must have had experience working within a Digital Marketing Agency
* Ability to drive brand awareness and influence the market.
* Be completely strategy focused and look at ways in which to develop the business.
* We would require a minimum of around 10 years of experience in the marketing industry.
* Young, bright and full of great ideas with the ability to execute them with precision.
* You must have an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
* Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, flexibility and ability to multi-task within a fast-moving environment.
