JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Working closely with the Managing Director, you will manage the legal function of the group.
Key requirements
* Manage the legal function for the business
* Provide strategic legal advice
* Work closely with the Managing Director on the legal aspects of all future acquisitions
* Prepare all legal documentation
* Anticipate legal risks and minimise company exposure
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Skills
* Must be 10+ PQE
* Must have significant M&A experience in the UAE
* Must have experience working in the corporate and commercial sector
* Must have excellent English written and communication skills
* Must be fully-bilingual in Arabic & English (including Arabic legal drafting)
* Must have a strong track record in a senior legal position for an in-house organisation in UAE
* Ideally have worked in a privately owned family business
