JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Alpha Flight Group Limited is a leading provider of innovative catering and retail services at several international airports. Alpha Flight Services UAE LLC is a dynamic food service company employing 500 employees, operating both business to business services as well as a wide range of generic branded consumer food and beverage outlets. This company is based at Sharjah International Airport.

We currently have an exciting opportunity that has become available for an experienced and qualified Human Resources Assistant to join our successful business.

The position:

To support the HR department in terms of Payroll, HR System and all other admin responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Manage the whole HRIS system including attendance, employee personal profile, Annual leave, sick leave, new joiner’s additions, missing swipes, departmental duty rosters and others.
• Responsible for managing the whole payroll process on time.
• Assist staff by issuing all official letters such as, salary certificate, salary transfer letter, service letters, NOC, or any others.
• Prepare all official Memos
• Assist new joiners with regards to opening new bank accounts or issuing pay cards (C3).
• Handle all reward and recognition programmes like, Alpha star and long service award
• Updating the HR database regularly.
• Booking staff annual tickets
• Assist with issuing required visas for managers going on duty travel and visit visas for candidates if required to travel.
• Manage disciplinaries when necessary.
• Assist with recruitment when required.
• Scan and file documents in respective files.
• Assist new joiners during Induction Program.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Should have at least 2 years of experience with HRIS Systems.
• Previous experience of 2 years with managing payroll process.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
