JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Position Purpose
To partner with the Business Head and Management in achieving organizational and operations HR gains & efficient service to all employees & adhering to HR SLA’s/Policies & Procedures.

Key Accountabilities / Performance Indicators
Recruitment & Placement:
1. Recruitment, Selection & Placement
2. Manpower Planning (in close coordination with Group Recruitment)
3. Mapping and Scheduling
4. Selecting the Appropriate Sourcing Media
5. Talent Search/Recruitment Consultants / Employment Ads / Advertising Agencies
6. Referrals / Reference Checks
7. Medical Exam.

Performance Management
1. Define and set KPI for employees that meet business needs
2. Develop JDs and Role Mapping for Grading
3. Performance measurement KPIs and Employee Coaching

Employee Relations
1. Ensure all employee requests are attended to, within the defined HR SLA’s & are in line with the company policy.
2. Respond to all employee queries in a clear & timely manner.
3. Monitor employee absence and leave applications.
4. Verify causes for staff absences.

REQUIREMENTS

Functional Skills:
• Strong Administrative & Coordination Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good team player
• Understanding of UAE Labour Laws

Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related field

Minimum Experience:
8-10 years in HRBP related role in the healthcare or related Sector and knowledge of pharmaceutical sector
