JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Human Capital / Education Manager:
The role aims at designing and delivering initiatives that engage working professionals in innovative and high impact human capital and Technology/IT projects.
Those projects include designing assessments, educational and awareness programs and evaluation schemes.
The manager will be involved in designing and delivering strategies for developing human capabilities and organizational cultures that are critical for digital transformation. The manager will also be involved:
• In business development (proposal writing and presentations to clients and leadership)
• Productization of our education portfolio of services (benchmarking, product development and theory-practice connectivity)
• And program management (covering resource planning and management, project finance, project deliverables and project timelines).
REQUIREMENTS
• The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in *any* of the following fields: change management, learning and development, education, people and change programs.
• Previous experience within the People Advisory teams in Big Four or consulting firms is ideal.
