JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The function will be part of the Technology Business Management team whose mission is to move IT closer to the group companies, building a trustworthy relationship between IT and the different business units and transforming IT into a tool of developing and executing the business. This will mainly be performed through running IT Councils together with the Business representatives.

Description
* Build relationships within the organisation.
* Develop overall knowledge of Finance & different Operations
* Drive Process Automatization and efficiency enhancement. (Operation Process Mapping, Process Improvement)
* Understand the relation between Business needs and the capabilities of the IT Department to deliver.
* Help the TBM Team transforming IT into a tool of developing and executing the business.
* Focus on coaching the business to decide and prioritize (together with TBM) which efforts wants to pursue following the resource availability.
* Budget management for Projects and IT BAU
* Start, run and manage IT Councils assessments

Act as TBM SME of Logistics:
* Freight
* Contract Logistics
* Supply Chain

* Technology Business for Logistics within the GAC Group
* Skillful problem solving together with the Business Units.
* Collaborate with other departments to integrate Logistics with other Operational and Business systems
* Act as TBM SME of Business Processes specific to different Logistics areas.
* Develop and follow up on metrics and Reports
* Act as TBM SME of Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities.
* Analyze the financial impact of proposed Process & IT solutions for logistics.

REQUIREMENTS

* Decision making & Negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of a PM methodology (PMP, Prince2, etc.)
* Assumes responsibility for solving problems.
* Overall understanding of IT (Architecture, Development, Infrastructure)
* Ms Visio or similar for Business Process Mapping
* Communicate effectively across all levels, engaging and inspiring at senior levels internally and externally.
* Cultural awareness within a multi-cultural Corporate environment
* Good English spoken language skills are essential.
* 7 years related working experience with at least 2 years on a Management position.
