Identity & Access Control Specialist – IAM Solutions – Banking- Strategic Alignment
An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of the largest banking organisations in the UAE. We are looking for an Identity & Access Control Specialist to help in the strategic alignment of the IAM program with the ability to apply new methodologies, including the interpretation of policies & standards.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Ensure all required regulatory and internal policies and standards with respect to privileged identities are adhered to.
• Ensure implementation of the public key infrastructure architecture.
• Enable central identity management for the entire organization.
• Design, recommend and assist with the secure implementation of practical IAM solutions for internal and external technology assets.
• Ensure seamless integration between privileged identity management solutions and solutions that use them- service desk solutions, vulnerability scanners etc.
• Accurately assess and communicate threats to stakeholders both at the technical level and at the end user level with respect to IAM.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in computer science, Mathematics or equivalent discipline.
• Master’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM.
• 3/5 years’ experience in leading an Identity & access management domain and implementation of centralized identity services in a banking environment.
• Deep knowledge of tools & processes required for controlling & ensuring access to systems.
• Deep banking and business area knowledge is necessary in order to steer identity & access management change( Technical )
