JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the Head of Finance and Managing Principals, main duties would be:

* To make sure all management reports, annual budgets, annual costs especially in the financial statements of the firm's activities should be executed on a regular basis with efficiency and effectiveness.
* Including budgeting and forecasting as part of the financial reports would be another responsibility.
* Leading all the teams through day to day financial accounts across all transactions of the firm.

Description
* Annual budgets and targets for all investment transactions should be calculated with great precision. Involvement in analysing current and future opportunities for the firm.
* To make sure all management reports, annual budgets, annual costs especially in the financial statements of the firm's activities should be executed on a regular basis with efficiency and effectiveness.
* Leading all the teams through day to day financial accounts across all transactions of the firm. Keeping tab on all transactions with the bank, ventures of the organization and reconciliations.
* Yielding results by creating cash flow reports, P&L statements and Balance sheet for clarity in the position of the company.
* Regular payments of the firm and its principal's bills via online resources, maintenance of petty cash etc. Payment of family expenses will also be included.
* Including budgeting forecasting as part of the financial reports would be another responsibility.
* Constant communication with the stakeholders with respect to budget changes, firm's assignment's status and decisions would help it to be in line with the organizational goals.

REQUIREMENTS

* The deserving candidate must possess a bachelors in Accounting/Finance with 5 to 7 years of experience in a well-established either corporate or private company of great recognition.
* Experience in family offices will be preferred highly.
* Candidates with CA, CMA, CPA or CFA with 2 to 3 years of experience would be a bonus.
* Advanced level in Ms Office, especially Excel and Access. Proficiency in IT systems, processes and databases is key. Good understanding in Family Office specific technical tools like Advent, AT web, TNR Solution, Prospero, Spectrum Wealth.
* A good mix of business and personal finance capabilities, great dedication and honesty, analytical skills, time management and a creative mind would make an extra ordinary candidate.
