Employment: Full Time

Key Account Manager - Toys
Salary: up to AED 10,000 based on experience
Location: Dubai

Our Client has been in operation for more than 25 years in the UAE distributing foods and general merchandise to retailers across the GCC and Middle East.

A privately owned company with an extensive range of products ensuring the highest standards of quality and service to their clients

As an ongoing expansion and service delivery excellence, we are seeking a highly talented and experienced Key Account Manager for their toys division

The Key role is responsible for all sales activities in UAE with toys specialist stores.
Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate customer.
• Approve all incoming LPO before processing (item/price/stock…)
• Approve return from in accordance with company policy
• Develop and implement special sales activities (promotions, clearances, marketing support)
• Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
• Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees (merchandisers)
• Follow up for collection of payment/cheques.
• Approve staff expense reports, staff vacation.
• Evaluation and review of staff under direct supervision

REQUIREMENTS

• Several years of experience in Sales in FMCG, with strong negotiation skill.
• Excellent communication & strong interpersonal skills.
• In depth knowledge in MS Office, Excel knowledge a must
• Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology.
• Must be assertive, highly quality conscious and should be capable of managing independently
• UAE Driving license and own car
• Work requires regular market surveys / meetings in UAE, and may require occasional trips outstation.
• Possess excellent communication skills in English
