JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Focuses on growing and developing existing key clients, together with generating new business; Conducts monthly and seasonal business reviews with key accounts
• Works with brand/category function to develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans
• Maintains and manages relationship with the assigned key accounts to ensure provision of continuous support
• Manages existing key customers/ accounts in order to meet objectives of retention and further account development; develops retention strategies for key customers
• Promotes high-quality customer experience and satisfaction by ensuring exceptional services is provided to customers at all times
• Generates and maintains sales forecasts for key accounts and provides this information in an accurate and timely manner ; Assists to drive business sales strategy and deliver against sales and profitability targets
• Collects, analyzes and reports feedback from key accounts to identify customer requirements and pass on the business intelligence for effective decision making; Assists in developing segment level account plans for key accounts
• Acts as a focal point of contact between the Business Unit and the assigned account/s to ensure that any major issues are addressed in a timely manner
• Ensures all day to day requests are addressed, and timely and quality resolution is provided for all queries
• Implements category display and enhances distribution coverage and product visibility by ensuring right product is available in the right place and at the right time
• Provides account feedback to key stakeholders and uses market knowledge on product trends, pricing and the competition to maximize product placement and sales
• Manages timely coordination of account orders including entry, tracking, order confirmation, cancellations and delivery information; Meets all order deadlines in a timely and consistent manner
• Prepares, plans and delivers clear and persuasive sales line presentations.
• Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective implementation of the GMG's performance management process
• Develops talent within the team by providing guidance, mentoring and coaching to achieve the defined goals
• Drives a culture of feedback and coaching in the Business Unit/ Department by providing feedback on an ongoing basis, identifying development needs and coaching the employees on the areas of improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

A successful candidate should have;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred
• A minimum of 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing
• Previous experience in managing teams and key accounts is preferred
• Fluent in English and Arabic skills (written and spoken)
• Spoken language in Hindi is preferred.
• Should have a valid driver's license and car
