JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

* Coordinate with PRD on visa cancellation, labor complaints, and absconding reports.
* Coordinate with legal office on labor cases.
* Coordinate with Insurance department on cancellation of medical insurance and fidelity insurance policy.
* Coordinate with payroll division on final settlement preparation and deletion of exited employee’s records.
* Coordinate with IT department on deleting emails and user names.
* Coordinate with camp boss on exit.
* Coordinate with the reception on air ticket booking.
* Coordinate & follow up with all departments on clearances.
* Conduct exit interviews. Maintain relevant reports and records.
* Control & record disciplinary actions taken by superiors against faulty employees.
* Administer the exit process upon receiving the termination or resignation till cancellation of visa, and maintain records for terminated, resigned, absconded, out of the country, legal cases, visa cancellation withhold request and etc.
* Perform other related tasks as assigned by HR head and taking the initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

* Candidate has to have minimum experience of 5 years in general HR function and a degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent , speaking English and Urdu language
* Only eligible to command on MS office programs and reporting skills.
