JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
NTS Group are currently working with a Multi National Hospitality company, who are urgently seeking a Learning and Development Manager, to be based in Dubai.
The role will be focused on leading the design, development, creation and execution of high quality learning solutions, evaluating all learning and development interventions to ensure solid business results are delivered and lead all training activity to ensure the company are legally compliant and meet all business objectives.
In addition to this, you will play a proactive role in the recruitment & on boarding of all new starters within the L&D function and on an annual basis review the induction programmes as well as support the talent management team in facilitation of assessment days. You will also be involved in succession planning, coaching of your team and providing continued leadership. You will have superb communication skills and the ability to work with both internal and external clients/colleagues and have the innate ability to build rapport effortlessly.
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful, you will have significant L&D experience within the Hospitality, restaurant or F&B sectors. You will be degree educated (or equivalent) and have a proven track record of delivering the very best in class learning and development.
You will be results focused in your approach and continually looking for ways to improve processes. Experience of managing in a highly collaborative way in unstructured environments is important, as is the ability to engage with others and manage/lead a team. Experience working in the UAE would be advantageous but overseas candidates who meet these requirements will be considered.
