JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
- Monitoring the quantities of goods on display and in stock and when low make sure to alert your seniors so transfers of merchandise and reorders can be activated
- Monitoring competitors
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

REQUIREMENTS

- A university Degree with at least 3 years of sales experience working in the fashion retail industry as a sales executive
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong computer skills (Knowledge of Retail Pro is a plus)
