JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
The position is for a client's office to review Designs, Documents & Drawings submitted by contractors / sub-contractors & consultants.
• Coordinates with subcontractors including attending regular meetings.
• Preparing, submitting, and follow-up for the Authorities requirements, site inspections, and NOC’s for commencing site activities.
• Preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to the senior Manager.
• Planning and Tracking of ongoing works within the overall project schedule.
• Should be articulate, knowledgeable in Electrical, Air Conditioning & other mechanical installations
• Should have a strong Design background / Design and Construction Process management.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualification:
• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a reputed University
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience, GCC experience is essential
• UAE Driving License is must
• Should have a good command over spoken & written English.
