JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

REQUIREMENTS

• Estimate and manage team, specialists and needed resources for inspection / certification projects.
• Capable to interpret results of data collection, measurements and test, to elaborate accurate analysis reports.
• Monitor and supervise the inspection / certification processes on site.
• Have a deep knowledge about applicable standards and local regulations for MEP: Building Codes, Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes and Plumbing Codes
• Good understanding of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low-voltage systems
• Good communication skills to meet clients and direction boards to develop the MEP market.
• Coordinate activities, materials procurement and Field Staff
• Assist to contractors meetings on demand. (Weekly, monthly, etc.) to trace the execution of the clients activities.
• Review contract documents and agreements. Capability to negotiate the terms and scope of works.
• Project Management experience and proven track on large MEP projects.
• Assist Scheduling department with developing detailed PM schedules for all MEP activities, including cost and resource loading.
• Report financially the activities of the department.
• Forecast the MEP department activities
• MEP background on middle / big size projects.
• Middle East preliminary experience is a must.
