JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
MALE CHEF DE PARTIE up to 7K AED for a Persian Restaurant in Dubai
- Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
- Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
- Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
- Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes
- Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
- Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
- Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
REQUIREMENTS
- Open to any nationality
- Male, below 40 years old only
- Culinary Arts or any relevant course is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience within GCC region
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge on kitchen hygiene, preferably with training in HACCP
- Strong exposure in PERSIAN, INDIAN and PAKISTANI CUISINE
- Must have experience dealing with suppliers
- Visit Visa or Cancelled visa are preferred
- Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary up to 7,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
