Manager - HR Assessments

Job Purpose
- Management of assessment projects and ensuring that assessments are carried out professionally and in a timely, cost effective manner, in accordance with Dubai Airports Assessment policy.
- Support Talent Acquisition to seamlessly and professionally manage recruitment assessment projects.
- Carry out research and evaluation of leading-edge approaches and technologies to support high quality assessment center practices.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification & Education
- You will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HR management with Level A and P Psychological Testing Certification and accredited in Saville Questionnaires
Experience
- You will have at least 5 years of relevant experience managing teams and delivery of projects within the assessment field.
Training
- Certification required in any area for ongoing professional development or for mandatory purposes.
Knowledge
You are required to have knowledge of:
- Assessment processes - use and design
- Assessment ethics and good practice
- Psychological testing for both ability and personality
- Up to date knowledge about innovations and technology in the assessment industry
- Project management techniques
- Budgeting and costing
- Recruitment and talent acquisition
