STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT
Manager - Investment Planning - Upcoming Position
The group maps out where we're going, what that means, and what it looks like. Our Research team analyses the industry so that we're never playing catch-up. Development translate strategies into plans and projects. In Corporate Development, it's more about the impact of strategies on our day-to-day running. And our Corporate Planning team creates strategy so that we're agile enough to respond in a fast-evolving industry.
Job Purpose
You will be responsible for managing business case development that sees the translation of our strategic objectives into actionable projects, that contributes to Dubai Airports medium to long term portfolio pipeline. Your position requires regular communications & collaboration with all levels of Dubai Airports organization to ensure requirements analysis are captured accurately, forming clear structured scoping of business cases that address pre-determined problems from the Strategic Planning and Research teams, ultimately for the Delivery organization to oversee upon their endorsement for execution.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and Education
- You shall be educated to University Degree level in a relevant field
- Financial professional, Portfolio/Programme/project management qualification is desired
- Master of Business Administration is an added advantage
Experience
- More than 7 years of experience in relevant roles in investment planning and business case formulation
- At least 5 years of leadership experience of large programme teams with direct and indirect reports
- At least 3 years of strategic planning experience
- Airport industry experience is an added advantage
Knowledge
- Knowledge of portfolio and programme management
- Stakeholder Identification & Engagement
- Financial Analysis (NPV, IRR, ROI etc)
- Risk Management Planning
