JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Primarily, monitors all the websites and tender databases on daily bases. Produces company profiles for companies, competition etc. Prepares Pre-Qualifications and registrations into tender databases and portals. Provides clerical and procedural role as needed. The position will involve entering data into the CRM (SAP) system.
Key Responsibilities / Duties CRM / Pipeline Management (Daily Basis)
• Monitor tender databases and websites
• Create Lead summary document
• Entering details on CRM
• Create open opportunities lead report
• Update daily report (reports on New Opportunities and Leads)
• Support to Business Development VP’s (when required)
• Assist with all aspects of daily CRM activities, including data entry, cleansing, and accuracy
• Inputs BD team’s new account requests, contacts, and reviews opportunities for CRM data field accuracy
• Complete other assigned duties as required
• Required Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
• Needs to have an understanding of marketing and BD practices, and good interpersonal skills
• Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field
• One plus (1+) years’ experience in CRM system preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking
• Self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
