JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Working with the assistant marketing manager, you will support the implementation and delivery of marketing campaigns covering events, content both offline and digital, including external and internal comms and brand management.

Brand management and FA brand champion
• As FA brand champion you will establish yourself as the go-to brand expert and the marketing team point of contact
• Manage the FA brand champions network
• Deliver brand-related training to the FA team
• Manage the brand guidelines directory and templates
• Provide guidance and review to ensure brand consistency at all times
• FA representative within the Middle East Brand Champions

Event management support
• Full event co-ordination and administration including; Venue research and liaison, event and speaker permit requirements, building and maintaining mailing lists, production of event communications i.e. invites, seminar/conference material and name badges etc
• Attendance and support at events
• Capturing post-event metrics

Marketing team administrative campaign support
• Co-ordination of FA risk register for all central marketing activity i.e. venues/suppliers
• Maintain FA marketing activity tracker and produce activity reports
• FA lead for Meltwater account; monitor & track FA media coverage
• Liaison with ME central digital team for digital campaign metrics
• Provide regular competitor activity updates including thought leadership, social media and events activity

Digital
• Website – liaise with ME central digital team to co-ordinate content changes i.e. marketing activity updates
• Social media – check all content of posts, maintain planner and co-ordinate scheduling with digital team

Internal communications
• Review and provide brand guidance support to the FA team across internal comms
• Support the implementation of the firm’s new internal digital platform GoDeloitte for FA
• Co-ordinate FA marketing content and updates
• Own, manage, produce, review and edit all marketing comms
• Feed FA updates (client stories, key successes, talent initiatives etc) into ME firm wide communications, working with the ME central brand & communications team.

Marketing team budget

• Invoice, expenses and LPO management

Promotional items
• Co-ordinate the ordering and branding of all promotional items across all FA offices including vendor negotiation and managing the risk process

Photography
• Co-ordinate annual photography sessions with regional office representatives providing best practice guidelines and vendor negotiation
• Liaise and book sessions with photographer in Dubai

CRM database
• Provide support to the Knowledge Manager for marketing activity i.e. data maintenance activities
• Build marketing distribution lists

REQUIREMENTS

Essential
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business-related field
• Three to five years marketing/business development experience within professional services
• Excellent organisation skills; a proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to meet deadlines, handling multiple projects
• Articulate and confident communicator who can build solid relationships across all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Great team player and flexibility to work different hours during busy periods/at events

Desirable
• Arabic speaker
• Experience of working with CRM/database systems
• Digital marketing knowledge

• Professional and calm under pressure
• Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter
• A desire and willingness to learn
