JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensuring right shelving as negotiated by key account manager
- Displaying products on the shelves in accordance with the display Agreement plan
- Ensuring proper visibility of all skus
- Ensuring proper visibility of all skus
- Maintaining good relations with shelf boys
- Preparing and submitting accurate daily orders for each outlet,and working closely with delivery teams to ensure that reliability of supplies consistently meet customer requirement
- Ensuring that the appropriate shelf area is fully stocked with the right products (in good condition) at all times
- Closely monitoring damages and expiry dates to ensure continuous availability of best-condition product to the consumer
- Maintain productive professional relationships with staff and management in all outlets
- Implementing merchandising & promotional activities, including gondola ends, POS materials and sampling programs.
- Monitoring and reporting competitive activities and making original recommendations

Reporting to: Key Account Manager
Subordinates: admin executive

Duration: permanent
Gross monthly base salary: Maximum AED 4500 + yearly ticket (no negotiable)
Commission / Bonus: as per company stanadards

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: yearly ticket

REQUIREMENTS

• Nature and length of previous experience: At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in Marketing and sales in Fast moving consumer goods sales (FMCG).
• University Qualifications: Any Bachelor's degree
• Specialist knowledge: should have valid UAE Driving license
• must have prior merchedising experience
• Good communication skills and fluent in english
• must be energetic, self initiator
• UAE experience in mandatory and abudhabi experience is highly preffered.
