JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
• Leading a team of +50 people
• Achievement of sales volume target
• Achievement of NSV per category
• Must Stock List availability
• Share of Visible Inventory
• Point of Sales Material
• Compliance with activities required to be performed in the store

REQUIREMENTS

Profile:
• Degree in Business or similar area
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Channel Management/Customer Management/Key Accounts within integrated FMCG organisations in Dubai
• Customer and Point-Of-Sale analytics
• End to end integrated FMCG operating model (Direct and Indirect RTM)
• Full P&L Management experience gained from structured FMCG environments in the Middle East
