JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to run a large-scale, premier mixed-use (residential/commercial/retail) development in Abu Dhabi.
The role is responsible for all technical and operational aspects including hard and soft services and any new tenancy/office MEP and fitout works.
We are interested in speaking with candidates who have a track record in managing large facilities in the UAE (i.e. mixed-use/malls).
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in Facilities Management (hard and soft services) with direct experience in the UAE
- Experience in an Operations Management leadership role
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
