JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Operations Manager up to 35K AED for a Leading FnB Holding Company in Dubai
• The job is to ensure smooth operations, to achieve the store development, sales and profit goals through oversight of all aspects of the restaurant
• The key function is to increase average store sales through customer satisfaction and to drive operations excellence
• Experience mainly in Casual or Fine dining restaurants - Arabic Cuisine and can handle multiple outlets in the UAE
• Strong experience in handling Front of the House, Back of the house operation with strong financial background in the operation e.g. P&L, food costing
• Franchise experience is a plus
• Excellent management, negotiation, marketing and presentation skills
• Strong planning, budgetary and auditing skills
• Proficient in MS Office and other software applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Computer-literate
REQUIREMENTS
• Open to Western or Dual Nationality (Western or Arabic) candidates
• Male, 40 years old below
• Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience from a reputable and busy restaurant chain operation
• BA degree in Business Administration/Hospitality Management or Master’s qualification is a plus
