JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to manage the smooth day to day operations of Manpower and Construction contracts at Transguard Group.
In coordination with Site Supervisors, Administrative Support, Assistant Operations Manager and Account Managers you will manage and support operations, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and to client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of contract start-up phase; attending client meetings as and when required; the monthly planning of regular staff briefings and the issuing of invoices to clients on a monthly basis.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ operational experience in either the construction or manpower industry
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
- Demonstrable problem solving and decision-making skills
- Experience of delivering exceptional customer service
- Valid UAE driving license
- Must be able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude
