JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client, an International Private Bank registered in the DIFC, Swisslinx is currently seeking an experienced Operations Officer to join their established office in Dubai.

The core duties of this role will be:

• Cash transfer processing
• Coordinating with Treasury for trade placements
• Monitoring securities transaction flows
• Coordinating with our client’s Head Office and managing external counterparts

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years’ experience executing back-office tasks, related to wealth management (treasury, billing of trades executed, money transfers, reconciliations, etc.)
• Experience in booking and settlement of treasury activities
• Excellent understanding of back-office (operations) transaction processes
• Based in the UAE, Arabic & French speaker high preference
