Organization Development Consultant - Sharjah

A large employer with offices based in Sharjah are seeking a strategic level project HR/OD Consultant to lead on several new HR initiatives and design. This is a project management focused role so candidates will have proven experience in OD and/or a background in Consultancy.

Description

* Act as a consultant to company management in case of an organizational restructure, ensure proper positioning of managerial positions and properly communicate and document such changes
* Manage company jobs in terms of classification, documentation, and leveling. Develop, maintain and approve job creation, modification and leveling requests and procedures
* Benchmark and compare company jobs to the market and ensure proper grade code levels are assigned and adjust where necessary job levels to remain competitive.
* Manage Company Performance Management Program in terms of development and maintenance, assign annual merit and bonus distribution factors, and conduct analysis on results to improve overall company performance.
* Manage work process improvement activities
* Conduct strategic workforce planning analysis, develop and present to management programs to cover attrition and expansion factors
* Develop and review HR consultancy contracts and manage the execution of them through the appropriate resource assignment and within the assigned time frame.
* Conducts a wide range of activities related to assigning work to subordinates, tracking progress, provide mentorship and coaching and advise on the final work product quality
* Identifies developmental and training needs to subordinates and ensure there are 100% work coverage in the team in case of vacations and out of company assignments

Job Offer

A competitive salary on offer between AED 40,000 - AED 45,000 total per month plus family benefits.

REQUIREMENTS

* MUST have previous experience working in a strategic HR/OD role ideally with a background in a Consultancy
* 10-15 years experience in a HR role, proven project management experience
* Bachelors degree and HR certification is a MUST, a Masters degree will be desirable
* Proven experience in HR strategy and building relationships with senior stakeholders
* Professional English communication with clear presentation skills and influence senior figures
