JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office and HR Support Manager to join the team of one of our super, international clients in Dubai. They are innovative and a highly motivated multicultural team, who employ top talent, who possess strong ethical and core values, aligning with everything they do.

This role is crucial in supporting the smooth running of the office and will include aspects of HR, organisation of exhibitions and general office management duties. There will be an element of PA support to the CEO in overseeing his diary and travel arrangements, however he is quite self-sufficient and this is not the core element to the role. You will be responsible for some financial aspects including petty cash and expense claims. Day to day HR, recruiting and office management responsibilities will include liaising with relevant authorities, managing office supplies and providing overall support to the team.

REQUIREMENTS

You must be creative, articulate and personable with a positive and “can do” attitude. The role will suit a flexible, adaptable and trustworthy Office Manager / EA who wants a broad spectrum of responsibility in this multi-faceted role; managing and coordinating office procedures, operations and resources to ensure organisational efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years’ experience in an office management role, preferably within the UAE. Complete fluency in English is essential for this role.
