POS Support Engineers x 150 - Emerging Markets

Halian International, a global IT services organization are currently seeking Technical Support Engineers with expertise in implementation and support of POS.

Responsibilities

As a POS Support Engineer, you will be working onsite providing application implementation and support. Part of the responsibilities are:
• Support: Provide POS application implementation and support to merchants and provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone and physical merchant visits
• Consulting: Advise merchants regarding the best implementation practices and address specific issues

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Prerequisites

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity you must possess the following skills and experience:

• Knowledge and hands-on experience of POS applications and SQL server
• Must have documented experience in implementation, configuration and support of POS applications
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Must be innovative, have strong problem-solving capabilities and be able to adapt to new processes/ procedures quickly
• Currently based in the UAE
• Fluency in ARABIC is a plus
• On FAMILY VISA is a plus
