Paralegal Assistant - 12 Months Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- 1-2 years’ experience in Paralegal work which includes experience in handling the corporate secretarial work, board meetings, general assembly meetings, JAFZA requirements, licenses renewal, power of attorneys, laws research, follow up with law firms in litigation progression, writing letters (Arabic/English), translating bilingual documents and contracts (Arabic/English). etc.
- Admin work that includes invoices handling, vendors registration, budget accrual, pass gates, travel arrangements (flight tickets, visa, expense reports) visits arrangements, managing calendars, meetings arrangements, Purchase Orders, filing and archiving.
- Managing Expats needs/processes (invoices, expense reports.)
- Managing all admin needs of the legal department of AP and HQ.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- University Qualifications: Bachelor's
- Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum of 2 yrs experience as Paralegal
- Specialist knowledge: Should be specialist in translating bilingual documents and contracts (Arabic/English).
