JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Paralegal will provide assistance to the legal team on all matters, including document management and legal research.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the legal team
* Draft memorandums, letters and correspondence
* Format documents
* Prepare financial statements and invoices where required
* Manage documents, including filing and research

REQUIREMENTS

Essential Skills:

* Must have a Law Degree
* Must have at least 1 year of experience in a Paralegal position
* Must have worked in a leading law firm
* Must have experience dealing with high volumes of documents
* Must have excellent time management skills
* Must be based in UAE
* Ideally be fully bi-lingual (Arabic)
