JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Persian Cuisine Cook up to 7K AED for a Major FnB Operator in UAE
• To be involved in menu conceptualization for a new Persian restaurant in Dubai
• To maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation according to HACCP standards
• To deal with suppliers
• To work hand-in-hand with the owner
REQUIREMENTS
• Open to any nationality
• Male, below 40 years old only
• Culinary Arts or any relevant course is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience within GCC region
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge on kitchen hygiene, preferably with training in HACCP
• Strong exposure in PERSIAN CUISINE
• Must have experience dealing with suppliers
• Visit Visa or Cancelled visa are preferred
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary up to 7,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications.
