JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Company is searching for a highly efficient female Office Executive / Personal Assistant. We are looking for a responsible person to provide personalized assistance and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. Must provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organisational and logistical service to the director helping him to manage and prioritise his time. You will be responsible for providing full secretarial and personal assistance to the director and ensure a high level of service is maintained. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in an entrepreneurial environment.

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Responsible for handling of incoming and outgoing calls. Making sure to demonstrate professional and courteous response.
- Acting as the point of contact between the management and clients
- Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Managing projects and conducting research
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Making travel and guest arrangements
- Providing quality customer service

REQUIREMENTS

- Articulate in English
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Highly presentable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
- Discretion and confidentiality
