JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Handle the coordination of work done on personal property
• Do personal purchases on behalf of the owner
• Ability to negotiate and handle maintenance related issues for properties (locally and internationally)
• Perform a variety of administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive
• Screen incoming correspondence and reports and compose letters and memoranda in response to inquiries on behalf of the owner
• Maintain a general filing system and file all correspondence.
• Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
• Provide constant status updates
• Correspondence with outside parties
• Handle issues related to personal staff
• Handle visa applications for personal staff and coordinating with the HR department
• Being capable of writing professional letters
• Corresponding with Lawyers where needed
• Handle the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and telephone calls on behalf of the owner
• Prepare agendas and collect materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences
• Take minutes of meetings

REQUIREMENTS

• The ideal candidate will have at least three years in a similar role and must possess ideally a bachelor’s degree
• Must possess excellent communication skills, time management and organization skills and demonstrate sound work ethics
• Must be result oriented and possess good cultural awareness
• Must be analytical and have the ability to solve problems that may arise
