JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
• Ensuring efficient and smooth operation of the Chairman’s office
• Managing the Chairman’s appointment diary.
• Scheduling appointments/meetings for the Chairman with business partners, associates and senior management, including initiating contact and securing appointments.
• Receives visitors / staff for meetings with the Chairman as per prior appointments.
• Effectively handling all Chairman’s Office correspondence, schedules, meetings, conference call arrangements and office activities for meetings and follow up agendas.
• Preparing Weekly and monthly consolidated reports.
• Maintaining Official Documents which includes Filling and Compilation.Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
• Liaising with members of the senior management team.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Required Experience:
• Min. 2-3 years experience as Personal Assistant / Secretary to Top Management (i.e. CEO, MD, Director, Chairman, CXO etc)

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies
• Graduate in any discipline
• 10+ years of experience as an Executive Secretary/ Personal Assistant/ Administrator/ Sales Coordinator.
• Well versed in MS Office, Tally 9.0 & Speed Writing.
• Typing speed: 40 – 60 wpm.
• Excellent Correspondence & Communication skills.
• Highly disciplined, organised, Multi-tasking challenges, Committed, Flexible in attitude.
• Superb Team Member & Interpersonal skills.
• Highly professional, following highest level of integrity.
